Our Ad-Hoc Services are available to businesses who don't want to go as far as a formal support agreement, but would still like to make use of our IT expertise.
Ad-Hoc Services offer the following advantages:
- Fixed hourly rate.
- Standard call-out charges for appointments booked in advance.
- Emergency services are available with an enhanced call-out fee.
Call-out charges are determined by Zone:
- Zone 1 includes Rotherham and Sheffield.
- Zone 2 includes Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop, Chesterfield and Wakefield.
- Outside Zone 2, the call out charge is determined by mileage.
